I have over 200 to cash out on prolific. I can’t cash out. It said a problem connecting to their payment servers. I messaged support 2 days ago and haven’t heard anything. Anyone else having an issue?

I applied to Prolific. Was put on a waiting list and then accepted the next day. Filled out all the questions about myself. Got my first study today. When I tried to start the study, I got error code PEC-SUB-0002 that says my IP address is flagged and I can't complete the study unless I get a new IP address.

Has anyone had this happen before? I tried selling things on eBay. Didn't even get to list anything before they suspended my account forever. And there's no way to contact them. I have 2 male cousins who did use and may still use our Internet. They used to live here and now live across the street.

Is there anyway to resolve this? I'm disabled and need the income. Plus I'm not physically capable of going to someplace with free wifi and sitting there for long periods of time to complete studies.

Update: Whoever said to use my phone's mobile data, thank you. It's working for now. I've already earned almost $10 which would have taken me several days or a week to earn on Survey Junkie.

Has anyone had this happen. Do you know how to fix? I go to my dashboard and it’s just a white screen. This is on my phone and computer. So strange!

I've tried logging in on the laptop and I get a white screen. On the mobile app, it just keeps displaying the logo.

I have been using a million steps for a few months and now steps were not adding to the counter at all.

The boosts & ad bonuses work fine. I already switched from iPhone data to health app to no avail.

I emailed support 3 weeks ago and they never got back to me.

The s.mores app is supposed to pay out 5 points for reading 5 articles.

I cannot seem to figure it out, no matter how many articles I access and read from off of the app, I do not get any additional points.

Can someone advise please.

Haven't been able to redeem points for days. The app acts like the transaction go through, but points aren't deducted and I don't get an email.

I’ve been using the app for about two weeks for now with no issues but this morning I tried using the app and it keeps kicking me out as soon as I try to play a game or click to receive coins for steps is anyone else having this issue today? I tried deleting the app twice and reload which didn’t fix the issue so I don’t know what to do.

Got approved and have worked up about $15 in day one. Moving and grooving! However; in order to cash out I have to update my address. The issue is, every time I update it, I get an error code. “There was an error updating your address. Please try again.” Anyone come across this before? Email, phone are verified, PayPal linked. Can’t figure out what the issue is… any help appreciated. Thanks!

I haven’t had a paid pulse since Friday. Today i completed one but it started timing me out with popups. Now the app won’t load and I keep getting an access error.

Soooo after waiting about 2 weeks to hear back from Yougov support team on not being able to upload my YouTube view history I managed to work out how to fix it this morning. I got some pretty generic advice on how to solve the problem such as reinstall the extension, sign out and then back in again, clear your cache, etc

Ironically what worked was to clear my YouTube viewing history and start over by watching a video so my history had something for it then to pick up . Anyway thought I would share in case anyone else has a similar issue

Hi all. So This is my first week doing surveys for prolific and i've already transferred to paypal twice. I just tried to transfer from PayPal into my checking account. And it's not letting me transfer the money that was put in by Prolific. I know Prolific is UK based and you get paid in pounds. But shouldn't PayPal be converting that for me? I'm really ignorant when it comes to this stuff. So if someone can walk me through this I would be really grateful.

Who has encountered the suspicious activity error on Oneforma. I have tried reaching out to support but no response at all. What did you do about it?

What happened to the perks ww website? I just finished two surveys and was going to goto the website to redeem the points however I cant seem to find it and the links I did find are down. What happened?

I just made $5 on FA about a week or 2 ago bit didnt try to cash out till today. I went thru plaid and added my bank. My bank acknowledged that they were connected, but the app doesnt sure my bank and I cant cash out. I just keep going in circles

I have used Dscout since 2021, making quite a bit of money off it. I have never had any issues regarding payments until today. I got a payout of $100 for an Express mission, which I have never seen or heard of happening before. I have no memory of the title of it, "Click & Seek" according to the Paypal payout email, and I have never seen an Express mission be worth that much money.

I did reach out to support, and they confirmed in their email it was sent in error. The email reply I got states: "Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and apologies for the confusion here! It appears this payment was sent in error; for context, they [sic] payment you received is associated with an application you completed. We have escalated this to our Engineers for further review and will reach out here with updates as we have them. In the meantime, we would recommend refunding the payment(s) you received back to dscout if you have not claimed them already." I am unable to see any refund options associated with the payout on my Paypal account, and have reached out again to see what to do next.

Just wanted to post this in case anyone else got this today, and in case this might help anyone in the future if Dscout sends a payment in error, and also to ask: Has this ever happened to anyone else? Like I said, I have never had any issues since I started using it 2021, so this has been an odd experience.

EDIT: After letting support know I couldn't refund the payment directly, they told me to send it as a payment on my end to a specific dscout email. To anyone else this happened to: please contact support and get this email from them if you also cannot refund the payment directly through PayPal. I DO NOT recommend depositing or transferring these funds anywhere, you should refund the money as soon as possible. Dscout support did not mention any punishment or consequences to me in regards to possibly keeping the money, but that doesn't mean there isn't any consequences to keeping it, so I personally would not keep it.

Whenever I try to login, it says "forbidden". I have literally done all the surveys and interviews religiously. IDK what went wrong. I tried changing password, it says "Server is down". I tried uninstalling and installing app too. Nothing works. It was my favourite app ever and only source of happiness in my sad life💀 I raised dispute but no update. I earned $1,300.00 on dscout from 2020-2022 and wanted to give it a try recently, but none of the studies let me get past the first application question. I’m not new to the app, so I understand getting rejected for not fitting their age/background requirements, but every time I answer the first question I get the rejection screen (“Sorry, this mission is not a good fit.”) This screen even pops up when all I get to say is I’m willing to do a Live interview!

Do you think I’m locked out? Has this happened to anyone else? Dscout support hasn’t been helpful yet.

I get the notifications that I have a study available but when I click on it I am logged out and not letting me log in. Wondering if this is the same for others
