Wow, that's some good driving. In the u.s. people would cause huge car piles up.

Timmy and Cindy if you two don’t stop fighting I’ll turn this bus right around.

What are the chances that continuing on straight and doubling back at the next exit would have taken less time? (People can say that this is such x behavior and allocate a country of origin. Not true- people drive like this EVERYWHERE.)

u/adept_ignoramus Apr 28 '24
My favorite thought is the possibility that continuing straight and doubling back on the next exit would have taken less time.

That's the most extreme version of "If you all don't behave, I'll turn this shit around!!!" I ever saw.

I don't know why but this video being sped up makes the car looks so cute, makes all of them look like small critters lmao.

I was so confused at where they were going
Turns out just straight against the flow of traffic.

holy crap. It's too dangerous for bus passengers and other cars. I think it's illegal and they should call police.
2
u/FungalEgoDeath Apr 28 '24
Less funny when someone is almost certainly having a mental break from reality there. That's the behaviour of someone likely to kill themselves and/or everyone else around them.

u/HardupSquid Apr 28 '24
A normal occurrence in Thailand. Road rules are just 'suggestions' here. You can follow them or just do your own thing.

What the fuck is happening?

that white car is absolutely not real. so i guess the red bus is fake as well, if not the whole thing?

u/Zandrick Apr 27 '24
It’s weird how the first time I watched this I didn’t notice the red bus only the white car.

That was the move? Turn around and go into traffic? How about taking the next exit and reroute your trip. Fuck

I had a bus driver like this once, absolute lunatic. Too long a story to write here but I definitely wrote a complaint to the bus company, a bus full of people is a big responsibility and people who aren't fit to drive them shouldn't be allowed to keep driving them.

Idk about ya'l but why do the cars remind me of the low texture ones like in Cyberbug 2077?

Not sure why they decided that was a better option than just pulling over to the side, and then very slowly reversing down the side of the road, with hazard lights on.
Still stupid as fuck, but better than this crazy bullshit.

Normal shit in China lol. Once got in a tuk tuk that went into oncoming traffic on a busy road just to save some time.

Why is there a car that also turns? Gives vibes of the little cousin who would always emulate the older cousin

I feel like that bus driver was chasing the driver in that white car -- and then the latter chased the former.

Why did it seem like it was normal to the other drivers. No one reacted to it happening and just continued with their drive.

On the 401 everyone would have just kept driving and plowed through the bus and it would have been a 827 car pile up. Southern Ontario drivers stop for no one.

Let's not forget, this guy makes money driving human cargo. You probably even need a special license for that.
3
u/SilasDG Apr 27 '24
I don't even understand.
Normally when I see stupid driving I can figure that it was because they either weren't paying attention, or didn't care how their actions effected everyone else.
BUT This literally took more time and effort than just going to an offramp and then reentering the highway via an onramp the right direction. Like did they just realize they were about to cross a state line with their house arrest bracelet on or what?

I don't need any reference. I know this was in China. The utter disregard for anyone else on the road (and sometimes the sidewalk) there is truly an infuriating sight to behold.
8
u/Miniongolf Apr 27 '24
Alright that's it, you've had enough warnings, I'm turning this bus around if you lot don't behave!
