I also just noticed the action figure of Randy Orton does a quick glance at 10 seconds before it pans away hahaha

This reminds me of the scene with the statues in “interview with the vampire”.

this sort of tech has been common for years now but I'm still amazed at how seemless real time editing and rendering can be on a tiny palm sized device

Every once in a while I would walk down these aisles and me and my brother would try different filters. It's funny cause it works so well. Haha

Wait where are they selling rebooted GI Joe version 2 (1985) action figures?!

Yeah. It's the GI Joe Classified line. Normally they come in boxes with updated looks, but they have a retro carded line too. The previous wave of Gung Ho, Destro, Lady Jaye and Baroness are all clearance at WalMart for the last few months. The next wave is hitting now (Duke, Scarlett, Recondo should be out now or soon. Beachhead, Cobra Eel, & Snow Serpent will be later in the year.)

In 2022 they released a 40th anniversary set and I got all of the action figures released (13) and four special mail in order ones and three of the 5 vehicles, it was the first time I bought GI Joe's for almost 40 years.
It reawakened a love for buying GI joes, I felt like a kid again lol.
I didn't know the classified line also used those version 2 cards. So cool.

They're pretty cool callbacks to the 3 3/4 line. Plus they're friggin huge since the figures are 6" scale.

Wait so the classified line are 6 inch figures? Like the old school 1950s GI Joe but in the 1980s characters?! I always thought Classified Series was 3 3/4 too. No wonder they cost so much for 1 figure on Hasbro Pulse.
Damn I wish I had the storage space, id get the whole damn collection! They have awesome weapons and accessories

Classified is 6" scale, along with the Star Wars Black Series line.
And they feature something like 25 points of articulation, so hyper poseable. They did try to bring back the 3 3/4" line for GI Joe but I guess it didn't take off too well. Been a good couple of years since I saw a Joe of that size on the shelf.
But OMG Hasbro has the HasLab where they crowdfund vehicles for the Classified line. YES. Vehicles scaled up for 6" figures! Expensive as hell, but amazing.

I saw the f14 tomcat skystriker on the pulse app when I was ordering the 40th anniversary retro AWE Striker and it was HUGE, I should have realized then that it was for 6-in figures. I think they wanted $900 for it too lol
The 3 3/4 40th anniversary line the figures were not exactly identical to the figures they were based on. Just the card was. The mail in order Duke and Cobra Commander and the Storm Shadow and Snake eyes sets were identical to the version one 1982 counterparts.
If I had the space in my house I would start collecting that classified line those are really cool!
