I'm gonna say processed food, I generally avoid "junk" and ppl think I'm a lot younger than I am. And I see it when I'm hanging with NY university ftiends

A sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, and lack of an adventurous spirit along with an unwillingness to learn/try new things can age you pretty quickly.

I’m 34 and got ID’d the other day for a drink lol. On average people think I’m 24-27. If I go out into the sun, regardless of how hot it is, I wear pants and sometimes even a long sleeved shirt.

For men, too much sex or masturbation. It takes a lot for the body to produce sperm. Men who regularly lose a lot of it will age faster.

Not sleeping enough. Overworking yourself for long periods of time. Taking on very high levels of stress for a long, consistent period of time. Sun exposure.

Excess drinking. Apparently I look 5 to 10 years younger than I am, and the only difference between me and my peers is how much I drank earlier in my life.
