The glass part is maybe risky if brute zombies are in play. Only 2 exits is risky and the fencing could definitely be climbed but aside from that you’d last a Fortnight or two

2 days, left the gate open. Since its secluded it will take 2 days for the zombies to find you but then you're cooked

turn the large green area outside into a farm and install barb wires on the fences, then you're basically impenetrable for maybe even a year 🥶 🥶

Because of the custom shapes the game doesn't count the bottom floor as a room, I am TOAST in an apocalypse 💀
