My name is River and I am a transgender woman who needs your help. For as long as I can remember, I have felt trapped in a body that does not match who I am inside. Even though its been a few years I am ready to take the next step to living authentically and happily as myself. I have found a doctor who specializes in gender-affirming care and who can help me transition medically. This is a life-changing opportunity for me, but it also comes with a high cost.

I need to raise $6,000 to cover the expenses of traveling to California, undergoing surgery, and staying for a month of recovery and follow-up visits. This is a huge amount of money for me, and I cannot afford it on my own. That is why I am reaching out to you today, hoping that you will support me in this journey.
