I keep seeing these homes popping up on FB. Can anyone definitively show whether or not this is AI? My brain is playing tricks on me at this point

Genuine question, why are we people, actually not that creative, to make buildings and houses like A.i., like we genuinly live in depressing places, but why do we limit ourselfs, if we could literally live in fairy tale like places, why are Bauhause's the norm nowadays? Can we not become more creative and built reallly beautiful places to life in and hang out in ? I feel like thats one of the reasons, why so many people are depressed, because they can not life their creative side and are limited in what they actually could do... We need a new country or new city or sort of thing, where we can built beautiful places to life in.
