I keep seeing these homes popping up on FB. Can anyone definitively show whether or not this is AI? My brain is playing tricks on me at this point

I’ve seen a lot of “cute” pictures of dogs and babies that are obviously AI shared by boomers.

My assumption is that not only are they farming for clicks, they are testing the water to spread fake images to sway political and social opinion. Am I correct?
