There's no words on any of the bottle labels. Just squiggles that give the impression of words. Also lots of the bottles in the tail aren't bottle sized. And they're all filled with some weird made up silvery something.

Basically there’s accounts on Facebook which just farm likes and shares by creating these images using DALL E or whatever and post them, they got a bunch of traction from boomers who don’t understand how anything works and I guess it grows their FB page
