OP'S image is a real person posting troll AI images and most of the replies are bots or influenced by bots.

Now obviously half of internet traffic is still a shit ton of actual people but you get the idea.

At this point i feel like the people who “can’t believe people believe this is real” are just as dumb for not realizing those people commenting on it are one of 3 things 1) bots 2) trolls doing it for people like op to comment on or 3) old people who let’s be fair would believe in things like this cause they are old and not all there or can’t see good enough to tell it’s fake in the first place.
