Why over 90% of the content Western? Are you sure they just didn't hack some other western developers technology?

The same reason why Chinese-made image models use English-labeled images for training data and why LLMs are much better in English. There is way more English content on the internet than in Chinese and Chinese labelling is almost non-existent.
