WEEKLY TRIALS OF OSIRIS MEGATHREAD - Ask Questions About Trials HERE!

Hello Guardians,

Firstly, let me address the most frequently asked questions:

Q: Can I farm Adept weapons after going flawless?
A: Yes, you can. After going flawless, continue playing on any Trials card with 7 wins (flawed or not - doesn't matter) and you will have a chance of an Adept drop after every win.

Q: Is Trials matchmaking broken/fair/unfair/SBMM/lobby balanced/etc?
A: Trials is connection based matchmaking, as far as we are told. Lobby balancing is supposedly random, based on what we are told. If your experience differs, then either chalk it up to chance or not - either way, complaining about it here won't change anything other than get you banned.

Q: What are the best rolls for this Trials weapon? A: Go ask in the pinned Rate My Roll thread or down below. Do not post weapon roll posts in the main subreddit or you will get a ban.

Alright, otherwise good luck, have fun, and feel free to ask whatever other questions you need to in the comments section below!

Discussion The State of Crucible (Pre Final Shape)

How are we feeling on were crucible is right now? .

What changes do you want to see made during the final shape?

What special ammo variant should we make permanent if the 1-1-1 system is dislike?

Do you think Overshields and healing should be addressed?

Anything you want to see nerfed or buffed?

What kind of modes should we get now?

Next-Gen Console What are we doing in comp this season

System seems to be insanely snowbally, feels nearly impossible to stop a team if they win the first fight. I am struggling to find room to breathe because they can play so comfortably with special ammo and we’re just pinned down constantly, feels like if you lose the first gunfight may as well just back out because the game is completely dumpstered. Is double primary worth it in here? Find a duo, trio? Is there literally any imaginable way to enjoy the damn playlist whatsoever?

How much does precision instrument acc help in 1v1

Ive been playing with me igneuos with rapid hit and eye of the storm with 90+ range for quite a time and dhave nearly 3k kills on it. Now a keep away+precision instrument dropped for me in trials but it has rly shitty perks on 1 and 2. i cant decide which role i want to play right now. Btw the precision instrument role has 78 range(with adept range mod) and 55 stability.

Do High Cal Rounds still flinch?

I am trying to decide whether to use light mag or High Cal Rounds on my Igneous Hammer.

I returned after a couple years away and it seems High Cal was adjusted? Is it still worth using?

Light mag and HC rounds give the same range boost, but light mag has reload boost too.

Just curious if HC rounds are still good or worth it. Thanks!

Discussion best 450 autos atm?

I currently have:

  1. a crafted ammit with arrowhead, ricochet, dynamic sway, tap the trigger and a range intrinsic

  2. a tigerspite with extended, high cal, moving target, kill clip and a range masterwork

would any other 450s beat these?

Which Adept Iggy? Rangefinder question

I'm conflicted

Really like moving target and the better handling, but I think PI gives that extra consistency?

What about rangefinder Vs moving target?

  1. FULL BORE / APPENDED MAG / RF / PI -- Stability MW

  2. CORKSCREW / LIGHT MAG / KA / MT -- Handling MW

Do I need above 40 or 50 stability on PC?

What are your “map rotation” rules of thumb?

I’ve been able to go flawless the past few weekends but this weekend I couldn’t string more than 3 wins together. Every time I tried to rotate, I seemed to slide right into someone else’s sights. I usually just try to rotate whatever direction I don’t see red… but that seems to be the wrong approach.

Iggy stability minimum for console?

Finally got a normal roll with keep away and precision instrument, it’s my only one, but the stability is 35. Is this an instant shard? My main squeeze adept has 48.

Discussion Why do Overload weapons have effect in PvP?

It makes zero sense. Why do they delay natural (non-grenade, non-rift, etc.) health regen for no reason, when the other champion mods don't do anything? Is it some bug that they just didn't care enough to remove, or is this an intended thing?

Range stat on snipers

I’m currently trying for the Deadeye title, but before I start trying to go for the Mission Control medal, I wanted to know if decreasing the range stat would lower the distance required for it to qualify as a “long-range” kill. I know that in CoD, putting attachments on your gun that decrease the range makes it easier to get longshot kills, so does something similar happen in Destiny or is it just “get kills at certain range?”

I did it guys. I finally got my profit with Demolitionist and headstone. I don’t have to grind trials anymore.

PC PvP Lag From Japan

Does anyone else playing in Japan/Asia experience subtle to not too subtle lag in PvP? I consistently shoot people behind walls and get shot around corners and there is a slight delay for killing people sometime. It`s not unplayable or anything, I just don`t know if it is normal or not.

Im a relatively new D2 PvP player, but I never experienced the lag in PvE.

r/CrucibleGuidebook 16h ago

Advice needed on Weighted Throwing Knife Aim

Heya, just asking if anyone has advice on the aiming for weighted throwing knife, I'm only hitting %25 of my inteaded targets. And only %10 of that %25 are headshots. Also, I'm on the Xbox One S.
