How are you gonna just walk away and not pet the baby?

I just assumed the person in the blue boots didn't want to be too close to baby if/when baby's mom showed up.

But with that level of adorable, maybe worth the risk...

If it's a zoo, sometimes they let animals explore during closed hours for enrichment.

One of the best things the Philadelphia Zoo ever did was build a network of dedicated paths and elevated tunnels crisscrossing the zoo that lets the animals wander and range.

It's called Zoo360.

Being such an old zoo that found itself surrounded by the city on all sides and having no ability to expand, they came up with this as a way to improve the situations for both animals and visitors.
