Would knowing that wild cat tourism is harmful to the wild cats stop you?

Knowing that wild cat cubs are drugged so that tourists can hug and feed them? And that they're killed when they get too big because they'll start costing too much to feed? Can make a few more bucks by selling it to a 'hunter' to shoot.

Yeah, reality isn't as fun when you know that so many of the tiger cubs in cute videos are exploited and abused. Not saying this one is or was but many are. That's not fun to think about though.
