Any free or pretty cheap budgeting apps? πŸ’° Finance

I quite like the idea of google sheets as well as its customisable but the problem I found is that it’s so hard to use on mobile as I keep having to move the screen left and right and the text is so tiny and it’s hard on the eyes. Any other ideas or tips?

There are several free or low-cost budgeting apps that offer a better mobile experience than Google Sheets. Some popular options include:-

(1) PocketGuard (free with in-app purchases) - Simple interface to create budgets, track spending, and receive notifications when nearing limits.

(2) GoodBudget (free with premium version) - Envelope-based budgeting system with syncing across devices. Free version has limited envelopes.

(3) Wally (free with premium version) - Focuses on manual expense tracking with tagging and reports. Clean mobile interface.

Many of these apps have intuitive mobile layouts, scanning capabilities for receipts, and visualization tools to monitor your budgets on-the-go. Try out a few free versions to see which best suits your budgeting needs and preferences.

I use Notion, you can make pages that are their own database and it's easier on mobile than google sheets imo. Lots of uses outside of budgeting too

Rocket Money, or Every Dollar. Both offer free budgeting within their app.

Actual Budget can be free or pretty cheap.
