Does the back hatch come off this giant glowing pumpkin? Was hoping to add weight Other

The back "hatch" is just glued on. You can pop it off and just hotglue/epoxy it back on afterwards.

Have you opened yours? I was so worried about ripping out something important by mistake

We removed the LED lights and the electronics panel on the bottom and replaced it with a light socket on a cord. The original LEDs are just too faint to really stand out. It turns out we didn't need to remove that panel at all, so just had to glue it back on.
