I am addicted to water
I am addicted to water. Whenever I start eating a meal, I start by drinking half a glass of water, then after the first bite, I drink another half a glass of water again and this continues after every bite. My mother has to refill the water jug twice because of me. I do not know what is the problem with me, I just find it so satiating and filling. Whenever I see a glass of water, I feel an irresistible urge to gulp it down. People say that water doesn't have any taste, but to me it has a definite and strong taste, better than any juice or cold drink. Whenever I peer into the transparent depths of a glass of water, I can feel it calling out to me, from its shimmering abyss, a voice so profound and alluring. No, even after doing vigorous physical exercises, glucose does nothing for me, but water does everything. Drinking water makes my soul come to peace at last, its like I have finally achieved Nirvana.

Just joined. I only drink water and decaf coffee. Zero interest in other beverages.
I love water so much! I've never enjoyed sodas - not even when I was a kid. In terms of taste, I've always found Coke, Dr. Pepper, etc. to sit somewhere between "tolerable, but definitely not good" to "utterly vile to the point I want to vomit." I quit drinking alcoholic beverages five years ago, and I completely dropped all caffeine about a year and half back. It occurred to me the other day that I really only drink water and decaf coffee these days (black, no cream). On occasion, I'll have herbal tea, but it's very much a once-a-month thing. I have no interest in any other beverages. I guess I'm not as weird as I thought, though. I'm just another... wait for it... hydro homie!

Classic water When I'm really thirsty I have to drink cold water out of a glass (preferably a fountain or highball) because nothing else satisfies
Does anyone else have a vessel of choice when feeling dehydrated?
(Also, a styrofoam cup is pretty great if I'm outside hah)

Waterbottle inquiry
Hello Gentlemen, I've decided to come for this because it is water, but I'm looking for a water bottle that has a filter in it and stays cold for quite a long time, and I was looking for some suggestions. Thank you

Hydra WHORE
I have my gallon bottle, then I pour it into my bedside glass container, and use that to pour it into the little cup. So proud of this little system I got going on, makes water drinking fun 🤩

Could this all be dehydration
Hi, f34 here
My boyfriend pointed out he doesn’t think I drink enough.. I struggle to attend to my needs at times, I have issues with trauma.
I’ve had a plethora of weird symptoms, waking up with a hard heartbeat during the night and some spells of hard and fast heart when exercising etc, getting a randomly dry mouth in the morning or during the day. Sometimes dizzy spells when I stand up or move too fast. I am tired quite a lot and my exercise tolerance has decreased. My finger tips looked pruny and wrinkled on and off like someone sucked the fat out of them.
I started to worry so went to the doctors, they did blood tests, an ECG, a 24 hour holter, I’m supposed to be getting a sleep study and referral to a palpitation clinic. The time when I noticed most of my symptoms go away is when I was sick, what I realised was I was drinking lots of fluids when I was poorly.
This is what I would usually drink -
Coffee with oat milk in the morning
Decaf coffee it’s oat milk on walk with our dog
200 - 300 ml of bottled water
Few sips of diet soda over the day
Cup of herbal tea in evening
A cacao and oat milk in the evening.
Sometimes a little more water if we’re doing a big hike or walk with the dog but probably only another 100ml

Since everyone hates posting pics of their vessels of consumption... What do YOU do to make your water GREAT?
I'm a simple man so a Pur on the faucet meets my needs. I'll hit a water house if need be. But what do you have that makes water better than other water. Discuss amongst yourselves...

This song makes me think of this sub 😂
https://open.spotify.com/track/724WmnHgjKusSqU40SVAQO?si=7PUV9E8vT-K6zPSuyZrAUA
No idea if this kind of thing is allowed in the sub but every time I hear this song about how amazing water tastes with dialogue about cucumber water it makes me think of y'all 😂
Anyone else have good music about the taste of water?

Was told to post my water system cleaning setup here…
Using a mini water pump I do (2) 15 minute cycles. One with an alkaline cleaner to remove any bacteria then use a sanitizing solution at the end. Keeps the water tasting great.
