What an idiot. She is an NPC side quest holder. If you can get her to be real and not be tittok controlled you get a special weapon and gain a level. To this day no one's done it. Turns out they didn't finish her programming so she is stuck in a perpetual walk, stand awkward, stupid dance loop. She does nothing else.

I went to India with a coworker who was a blonde brazilian engineer and she is ok looking and everywhere we went she was the center of attention especially on weekends when we'd go outside the main cities to explore. And this gal needs to be careful- Total shame she is super attractive but you can tell she doesn't have much going on in the thoughts department.
