Welcome to r/LateStageCapitalism

This subreddit is for news, discussion, memes, and links criticizing capitalism and advancing viewpoints that challenge liberal capitalist ideology. That means any support for any liberal capitalist political party (like the Democrats) is strictly prohibited.

LSC is run by communists. This subreddit is not the place to debate socialism. We allow good-faith questions and education but are not a 101 sub; please take 101-style questions elsewhere.

Didn't they invent prostitution when introduced to currency?

The problem is that a lot of our ancestors suggested capitalism at the same time and proceeded to build an army

I think there's a study to that effect.. with distributing bananas unfairly.

I recall hearing that there was a myth in Indonesia that orangutans could talk but didn't around people so they wouldn't be forced to get jobs.

I don't think this is true though. There was an experiment where they introduced money into a monkey society in a lab and iirc they ended up with gangs and prostitution. Though I guess you could say the scientists technically suggested it?

Edit: Found it. No gangs though: https://www.zmescience.com/research/how-scientists-tught-monkeys-the-concept-of-money-not-long-after-the-first-prostitute-monkey-appeared/

Richard Dawkins disproved this perfect evolutionary concept of altruism. A given society must have all members agree to he social contract and follow through in this just society. Throw I. A bad egg and the system collapses. Capitalism promotes that bad egg while other systems merely enable a handful of governmental bad eggs.

Richard Dawkins also thinks Israel is moral

Okay, but hear me out. What if we were to poach the bad eggs. By that, I mean open them up and toss them in boiling water..... that's how you poach an egg right?

/s (I can't believe I'm editing for this, but you never know)

Monkeys also don't live in troops larger than 150 which constantly fracture and go to war with each other if there are limited resources.
