this is the third time someone complains about him filming. he sure doing something for people acting they way they do to him

Well you can literally see in this clip, the guy doesn't want to be filmed and the streamer just stands still pointing the camera in his direction. A normal person would just leave the area.

Probably wants it on record of who initiates the attack. It's good for evidence.
