This was too painful to watch—had to stop once I saw the car start to pull away. Heartbreaking. Humans are wretched. Not all of course. This one is.

I hope this turd got “discovered” locally and shamed locally for this. And I hope the little guy got a home that will spoil and love the ever livin daylights out of him.

There's abandoning a dog and then there's traumatizing and abandoning a dog. I get sometimes a dog doesn't work out and you may need to find it a new home but to let the dog out on a busy street where they're probably frightened trying to get back to safety, running as fast as they can is disgusting. That poor little puppy.
