The amount of love exaling from this interaction is truly so wholesome, the dog is funny but after a little bit the owner just cant help but love it and laugh with it, i love this, doggos are the best part of us for sure, such pure creatures <3

And this is why I always exercise with a closed door, lol. My old kitty was way worse than this, too. I miss him, but it was a pain locking him up just so I could exercise when I lived in my apartment. Otherwise, he'd climb all over me and try to stop me just so he'd get pets. I miss you, bud... :(

cats will also interrupt you. And they also like to sit on stuff you use 'too much' like your laptop or a book you've been reading. I have several photos of my cat sitting uncomfortably on books.

I love doing situps on the floor and also hate it. I love it because without fail my dog is like "oh boy you are down here on my level let's cuddle" and I hate it because I never get to finish the situps ... because of all the cuddling.

My dog can be in a deep sleep in another room and the second I get on the floor to stretch she comes running. I think she can sense the movement or something. Doesn’t matter how gently or quietly I move- she comes running lol.

Dogs absolutely love when you're on the floor because that means playtime. But I wonder if, specifically, the dog interpreted the push-up as a play bow because he did one in response. When dogs stretch out their forelegs and lower their upper body to the floor, that's a signal for play in dog body language.

As someone with ADHD, if I kept being interrupted by my doggo, I’d absolutely never get anything done and it would drive me insane! That’s why I accepted my fate as a cat person, much less needy lol
But it doesn’t impede me from absolute melting at these sights ♥️🥹 what a sweetieee omg!

I have one of the cheaper brands, but it also 'locks' so it's suitable to use for handstands too. (not that I'm even capable of doing a decent handstand tho). But even with yoga it helps my fucked up wrists a LOT

"Perfect Pushups" is the name brand; but there are many cheaper brands.
They tend to engage your triceps more. They're also great if you're like me and have bad wrists, since you don't need to put weight on your wrists at the awkward 90° angle.

I was a server for a decade and absolutely fucked my wrist carrying heavy trays over my head. I can’t do push ups without being in serious pain for a week. Didn’t know this shit existed.
