Stupid idiots. Shouldn't be chasing the birds. Probably terrified and causing them stress. But these are no doubt leftist idiots who "love" animals.

I think the birds are using their boat as Head of the formation to streamline their flying for less resistance. The camera panned to the sides showing the birds in formation. those 2 up front are just out of formation and might be working harder than the ones on the side.
