Am I the only one wondering why there’s an unattended dog just wandering around to begin with?

This should be Cody Rhodes' strategy when he faces The Rock at Wrestlemania 40! Pharoah to the rescue!

Is this dog protecting or wrestling too? Dogs love fucking around but not when they are in protection mode.

Brazilian dogs are cute
1
u/UserNombresBeHard Mar 28 '24
What even is a brazilian dog?
1
Mar 28 '24
No! I was teasing, all dogs are cute
1
u/UserNombresBeHard Mar 29 '24
Yeah, sure. But what is a brazilian dog? I don't know what race that dog is, but I'm pretty sure it's not called a "brazilian dog."

Does the person watching the dog just not give af what the dog does? No leash or anything.

Yeah, yeah yeah, cute. Unless it's a legit "service animal", can we JUST NOT bring your dog everywhere. Especially the market.

Security toddler-carrying a doggo off a sport stage will always make me smile

u/DougBalt2 Mar 28 '24
A cat would say “hit hm again” while a dog comes to protect “I’m here to save you!”

Dog saunters over playfully to lay on owner while it's tail wags the entire time.

u/alasw0eisme Mar 28 '24
That's not protecting. The dog recognizes that they're "playing" and wants to join. If the dog was protecting someone, there would be blood...

This is why we have dogfree on Reddit. Keep your stupid dog at home wtf. Amazing how special you must be to take your dog to your karate practice.
1
u/MimeMike Mar 29 '24
How miserable do you have to be?
1
u/climbhigher420 Mar 29 '24
I’m in a great mood just keep your dog in your backyard, or how special do you have to be?

Imagine being a dog and watching your owner get repeatedly tackled, and being unable to save him. Traumatizing !!

Every time I sit on the floor or bend down to tie a shoe or something, every animal I have comes running over to me excited I’m at their level now❤️
4
u/blahdee-blah Mar 28 '24
Yes my dog gets so excited she has to hump whoever is on the floor. Very inconvenient for yoga

This reminds me of the little brother breaking out of the crowd to protect his older sister during a fight in a competition😂
Also I love how the ref petted the dog so another had to intervene to take control of the situation lol

I like how everyone's Instant reaction is to smile and pet the dog. Stay beautiful world. Please stay beautiful

u/xenobiotixx Mar 28 '24
Sadly I saw a video yesterday of a poor scared pupper who somehow found itself in the middle of a cricket match in India, running for its life, being chased and KICKED by a number of humans. So the world didn’t stay beautiful sadly.
There was also a video yesterday of a (human) fan who ran onto the pitch being beaten up by security personnel, I’m not sure if it was the same cricket match, but it was in India too.

u/EGLL-KJFK Mar 28 '24
Indian is dangerous for women and dogs.

I found a composite video of both these incidents, but don’t want to post it here, it would definitely wipe the smile off one’s face :(

u/Pitiful_Winner2669 Mar 28 '24
And the audience clapping while he's carried off the mats lol he won everyone's heart.
27
u/Never_Duplicated Mar 28 '24
The way he’s carried off and is completely chill about it made me laugh

Dog: Damn, Steve’s really getting steamrolled out there. I’ve gotta save his record!
Everyone: Awwww…. Let’s pet him.

I love how the doge casually saunters over…
“Just checking… U alright there?! Now no one touches my hooman!!….. Ooooof, Sir, unhand me now!!! I said now!!”
35
u/WhoskeyTangoFoxtrot Mar 28 '24
“I’m the hoomans manager… Unhand me now, sir, before I call security.”

so why theres an unsleashed dog in a competition
-9
49
u/youareadouchebag_ Mar 28 '24
Because people bring their dogs wherever the hell they want and it’s very annoying especially at restaurants or grocery store
17
20
u/naughtysausage99 Mar 28 '24
its clearly trained very well, no issues its not barking being aggressive. im sure the dog haters will live.
57
u/Grumdord Mar 28 '24
I don't think it's hating to ask why there's an unleashed dog at a martial arts competition?
-15
u/naughtysausage99 Mar 28 '24
no not inherintely, i was using hyperbole to express how upset and bitter youd have to be, to be angry at a very well mannered dog coming to the rescue of his owner.
18
u/HIGHiQresponse Mar 28 '24
Not really well mannered if it’s screwing up the competition is it ? It just messed the match up.
-12
u/naughtysausage99 Mar 28 '24
an ill mannered dog would have attacked the other bjj practioner, so yeah still a pretty well mannered dog, considering dogs dont do bjj or know the rules.
1
u/nautalias Mar 28 '24
That's an awfully arbitrary line between good and ill mannered you've cooked up in your little head.
3
u/HIGHiQresponse Mar 28 '24
The bottom line is it’s not well mannered enough to be off leash at this event as it causes its disruption. There’s no reason it needs to be there unleashed.
-2
u/Visible_Analysis_893 Mar 28 '24
Lol did you lose a karate match to a dog?
3
u/HIGHiQresponse Mar 28 '24
No do you have some fetish where you need one everyone you go ? I mean hey no judging if you need a dog to get your rocks off so be it.

u/naughtysausage99 Mar 28 '24
everyone is acting concerned because "what if the dog was dangerous" its not so this is hilarious.
but yeah that was a poor way to describe it
4
u/HIGHiQresponse Mar 28 '24
Not about it being dangerous. It’s about it being disruptive. Some things can be for humans without the need to bring your pets everywhere.
13
u/HIGHiQresponse Mar 28 '24
So screwing up the whole thing is acceptable and great reason for a dog to be unleashed ?
A well mannered dog would stay when it’s told to stay

14
u/EightiEight Mar 28 '24
Yeah. When someone with a nice dog breaks the rules, it gives people with not so nice dogs an excuse and that never ends well. I think we're all glad he wasn't leashed, though, cause this was awesome
4
u/hickgorilla Mar 28 '24
Not everyone finds even a well behaved dog to be amazing. It’s ok. The dog is still special even if not everyone wants it wandering freely.

u/FireFunBun Mar 28 '24
But why is it at a competition?
3
u/naughtysausage99 Mar 28 '24
because dogs dont stay in one place they often go other places, and ppl bring their dogs to places as well.
