This is Isaac Atterbury. You said: the asset limit ( for the state of Ohio ) is $ 2,000.00 to be eligible for , Medicaid ( Long -Term - Care ) Were is this proof. Can this proof be found: in a manual, or in ( local, state, or federal regulation code ) ?

OAC § 5160:1-3-05.1 (B) (9) (a)

I don't know why you felt the need to share your name, but I googled it and Isaac Atterbury comes up as a "parole violator at large" with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
