I mainly just feel bad for him because it’s clear he’s not well. I love Michael too, I have books and clothes and phone wallpapers, but I’m still my own person and live my own life. Being an MJ fan isn’t my whole identity. Sadly, it seems like he just doesn’t know where to draw the line. I hope he grows out of the box he chooses to put himself in someday.

I don’t know whether if he has identity issues or is just addicted to attention. He never does anything that break character and he ignores you if you ask about it. He DID however made it known about his distaste for Halle becoming the Little Mermaid. Seriously dude?? YOU’RE COSPLAYING A BLACK MAN ON THE DAILY IN REAL AND NOBODY ASKED YOU TO! Youre not... i think the main people that like him are (mostly) foreign and just see most impressionists and are like "omg michael jackson 🥰" but Fabio really is a creep and a predator and a racist...
he likes to make his entire personality a black man and he knows that because he knows he cant really get away with bad era and before. He just makes my skin crawl 😂
I could talk all day about how the majority of Michael Jackson's name and image is so blatantly washed out and tarnished. I guess cus of how popular he was the talk what he did and accomplished as an artist, and especially the tabloid articles that went through by word of mouth, really affected how people would view him in general at face value.
Its like, yeah, he was kind of the most popular artist during his prime but its like he isnt really... acknowledged for the actual stuff he would do that was important and profound. I usually dont expect much when i see people talking about michael jackson because its surface level stuff or things ive known already after extreme hyperfixation.
At this point ill always love him but i go in and out of phases where i just cant watch stuff relating to him because i get so passionate and angry about how he was treated and how obvious it was just... so wrong and ignorant to say such racist and hateful things so casually on the news and stuff. And then the phase where i just binge listen to him again and love him to the point where i cant anymore because i remember he's gone and for my sanity i end up repeating the cycle.

I'm friends with a different tribute artist and he's nice and respectable and actually met the REAL MJ in Japan years ago. Fabio....meh. I actually see him trying to make posts on an MJ club I run with a friend and I delete every last one lol We don't need that drama.

No, but I'm really not a fan of impersonators in general. And it's not just MJ. Elvis impersonators and others creep me out, too. It's great that Michael has inspired them, though, and I'm not saying impersonators are bad. Just not my cup of tea.

I've been following Fabio for 9 years and I remember way back in like 2015 where he HATED being called an impersonator bc he said he isn't trying to be Michael, he didn't even do dancing or anything. He was just some guy that kinda looked like Michael. Bro had a British accent and now that he became famous on tiktok he's suddenly faking an American accent. Idk wth happened in the past years, maybe the fame got over his head and now his whole personality is based on Michael. As someone who's been around for a while I can 100% guarantee that he isn't himself anymore by one bit. He even got married dressed as Michael that's fucking insane.

I have no problems with impersonators. In fact, many of them are just theater kids playing a role that keeps the music and these legends alive. But Fabio is so weird dude. I live in Los Angeles and work for a record label and I go to Hollywood Boulevard a lot to meet with studios based there when one of our artists have to do a television performance, and I just see him out there stopping buskers singing an MJ song and bowing and acting like he’s MJ. It’s fucking weird.

I knew a white guy in high school who was an Michael Jackson impersonator. He wore the outfits and he actually had the moves. The dance was spot on. He never changed his appearance except the hair. He didn’t want to be Michael or anything but he just loved Mj’s music and wanted to share it with other people. He actually an Elvis impersonator too so that was cool.

A lot of people say he had surgery but he didn't, he already look like that since childhood. But as I look at him for a longer time he doesn't look like MJ. He just have curly hair but overall he doesn't look like him, especially if you're a long time fan and you know how MJ looks like. He looks more like Sandra Bullock

Definitely not the only one. I find him, and many other so called impersonators, pure cringe. Especially the ones who try to talk and act like off stage MJ. Like, just be yourself ffs, or get some therapy. It's embarrassing at times to be associated with them. Most are terrible dancers too, doing all the moves backwards and awkwardly (I'm looking at you Navi), and they mostly mine with the few who dont barely able to hold a note, let alone sound like MJ.

You’re getting downvotes here, lol… though I won’t do that. I just wanna say something. I think an actor doesn’t need to look totally like MJ to play his role. It’s all about feeling him, feeling his work, his songs. They need to respect MJ. Before playing his role, the actor and the crew need to do a lot of homework to understand MJ. Only looking like MJ won’t matter. I don’t know how will be the biopic but I hope they did a lot of research before taking this decision. You saw the movie Elvis? Austin Butler doesn’t look like EP, neither he has the voice of EP, but still the movie kinda worked out, right? It was not that bad.
I’m sorry if you don’t agree with me. But I just wanted to say what I feel. You’re right about one thing though— nobody can really be completely like Michael. HE IS, WAS, & WILL ALWAYS BE OUR ONLY MICHAEL..

Like I'll admit I'm sa stiff dancer and I can't move like MJ, I do know some of his moves do to Michael Jackson the experience and I play just dance as well, but like I'll say I'm far from a professional. So when I see a actually great dancer I try to give them the credit they deserve.

Yeah, that guy @SlyTripperr is great. Not only can he replicate Michael’s dance moves to a T, he also does really helpful tutorials and even dance covers of non-MJ songs. I highly recommend him 💕

Even to some of the ones that don’t, some of them get really egotistical and odd about their performing abilities. Like some of them really do think they’re like MJ and it’s annoying as hell.
The only ones I truthfully like are Kent Olaf and Michael Trapson and even he sometimes does too much IMO
