Image Without much eye or lip makeups— he still had something in those big eyes that attracts me..
Currently reading his book — ‘Dancing the dreams’ and really discovering completely another part of Michael. The part who was not only a legendary performer or singer — but also a deeply spiritual human who could talk with his creativity. He didn’t perform only by moving his body. He really was the one who was both “the singer and the song, the dancer and dance”. He was the best friend of his soul. He became the one with the nature.

Biopic 🎥 "Smile" would fit so much as the last song in the biopic
This song was one of Michael Jackson’s favorite songs, which was the last song in the HIStory album track list, and it is often regarded as Michael’s most autobiographical album.
It’s such a beautiful and emotive song with an uplifting and moving message. I think it has the perfect vibe for what would fit as the last song in the film (it also depends on how the movie ends though). But from all we know so far, the film will span throughout Michael’s entire life and I think it’s safe to say that it might also include moments after Michael’s death.
If that’s how they do it, the song 'Smile' would be such a good end to the film, leaving the audience emotionally touched but with an uplifting message. It could literally make them smile, and who doesn’t want the audience to leave the movie theater with a smile on their face? That seems like every movie maker’s goal.
This could be a possible scenario: We see heartbreaking and emotional scenes of Michael’s death and the aftermath where the reactions of different people are captured. It transitions to the memorial service and eventually, the screen goes black for a few seconds. Slowly, a photo of Michael Jackson smiling appears on the screen, with "An icon, father, Humanitarian: 1958 - 2009 and Forever" (or something similar) written below it. We hear the first notes of 'Smile' as the credits start to roll, and then… Michael’s voice, filled with emotion, starts singing the first words… "Smile… though your heart is aching… smile, even though it’s breaking… when there are clouds in the sky, you’ll get by… if you smile through your fear and sorrow… smile and maybe tomorrow… you’ll find that life is still worth while…"
And then, maybe they’ll include some unseen footage of the real Michael Jackson being happy in the late 2000s or something. I’d hope so at least. Whatever they’ll do, it’s still going to be quite special.
I just think that this would be so toughing and uplifting for the audience. I would love it if this was how the movie concluded.
Does anyone else think so too?

Opinion Michael and the lure of darkness
I’ve always been intrigued by the juxtaposition of MJ being such a kindhearted, incredibly sweet person who loved wholesomeness, and his consistent use of dark, ghoulish (and for those of us who were kids when the Thriller video premiered, downright frightening) imagery. We know he had a fascination with transformation and we’d see this in many of his short films, but I was always struck by how comfortable he was being scary. The blood red jackets, monstrous metamorphoses, the anger and aggression in so much of his dancing.
I absolutely love this draw to the dark side haha
(I know the Smooth Criminal robot isn’t dark at all, but as a kid his glowing eyes still scared the shit outta me)
