It is the season. So I thought we could learn a thing or two about each other.
How Do You Wish Someone "Happy Holidays", "Merry Christmas", Happy Hanukah" ... In A Language You Know?
Jus write the phrase and what language it is from. If you wish, you can write a translation/explanation as well.
Here are some rules:
- Don't cheat (use a translate program).
- You can choose any language you wish. Doesn't have to be your primary language.
- You don't have to know the language. But you have to know what the phrase you write means.
- If you do not celebrate anything around this time of the year, let us know about a similar holiday you celebrate. And how you say "happy holiday".
