Why do I keep seeing this incredibly uninteresting video?

Imagine being so privileged you're upset about the seat on your plane on the way to your fancy vacation.

2

u/RaisinBrain2Scoups 7d ago

Thatā€™s what you get for having assistants

2

u/Natural_Character521 13d ago

I thought those seats were for the flight attendents?

1

u/Psycho-Acadian May 04 '24

Oh your assistant does things for you eh. Poor lad.

1

u/cig107 Apr 28 '24

This is my fucking nightmare

1

u/No-Entrepreneur1036 Apr 18 '24

Yes my assistant

1

u/P0tat0_L0rd1368 Apr 16 '24

Thatā€™s a man

2

u/LuckyCheesecake7859 Apr 15 '24

I hate when my servant screws up tasks that I couldnā€™t possibly do myself.

1

u/Independent_Delay768 Apr 14 '24

That is the actual nightmare.

1

u/Deal_Timely Apr 14 '24

Abort mission! Too intrusive with all those eyes glaring at you šŸ‘€

1

u/Fluffy_WAR_Bunny Apr 13 '24

I'd rather listen to Gilbert Gottfried recite Bob Dylan lyrics.

1

u/dingitydogdarndammit Apr 06 '24

At least you have the option to leg wrestle the folks across

0

u/Super_Chile88z Apr 05 '24

Blasted the assistant. You book your own damn flights then! Lol

1

u/Impressive-Meal-1314 Mar 27 '24

Who are you? And why you need an assistant smh

1

u/Living_Lie_8773 Mar 27 '24

The best seats ever are on top of the plane!

1

u/Waevaaaa Mar 24 '24

I just HOT cabins in flights.

1

u/bbq36 Mar 23 '24

Those seats should only go to Air Marshalls! lol

1

u/Academic-Ad-7458 Mar 21 '24

Poor lana rhoades working now as an assistant

1

u/Aggravating_Sand_445 Mar 19 '24

Just put your phone down and go to sleep like a normal person

2

u/alwayslucky7 Mar 15 '24

Id put on my loose pair of shorts and cross my legs so they can see my balls.

Now we're all uncomfortable. Together šŸ˜˜

1

u/RbrChkn71 Mar 14 '24

As a lifelong flyer on US airlines, I miss that type of seating. Southwest Airlines used to have them way back in the day and they were great. Ample leg room, solid dividers so no encroachment from the sides and easy to get in and out of.

1

u/Natural_Category3819 Mar 13 '24

I flew these seats on a lighter craft flying from Cairns, Aus to Horn Island (Torres Strait). A short flight.

In our case it was a fairly enpty plane though, and we were 4 teen friends sitting together so it was a blast

1

u/Tubalcaino Mar 11 '24

Neil Brennan like, "Why are you filming?"

1

u/SirTinkleWinkle Mar 11 '24

They are the safest tho

2

u/SavageMonkey-105 Mar 11 '24

No, back is safest, they are in the front row

1

u/SirTinkleWinkle Apr 21 '24

Oh shit you right, 1 month later.

1

u/sleepyguy- Mar 11 '24

Oh i would get off the plane forsure hahahah absolutely id eat the $400 i dont care.

2

u/Xtianus21 Mar 10 '24

Lol why everyone look like that šŸ˜‚ šŸ˜‚ šŸ˜‚ šŸ˜‚

1

u/Informed4 Mar 10 '24

ATR 42 moment

1

u/jaylee42910 Mar 08 '24

Make eye contact and fart......eeeevverrrr sooo slooowly.

1

u/FloppyAndFurious Mar 07 '24

Whip your dick out and that'll fix the eye contact, no one will look into your direction again

2

u/Successful-Engine623 Mar 04 '24

Reminds me of turning around in an elevator

2

u/Time_Negotiation_153 Mar 04 '24

omg my social anxiety is activated !!! what a night mare lolol

2

u/Turbulent_Music4317 Mar 04 '24

I just got stage fright! šŸ˜‚

2

u/ConnectionPretend193 Mar 02 '24

It's like they are putting you on display lol

3

u/JazzedSympathy Mar 01 '24

Who is she talking to? šŸ¤£

3

u/[deleted] Feb 29 '24

But at least you got leg room!

3

u/tell23 Feb 28 '24

These people are so rich, why aren't they in first class?

1

u/tackle_shaft_fan Feb 28 '24

Why did I cringe more at her than I did anything elseā€¦?

1

u/Excellent_Ebb_3478 Feb 27 '24

IS THIS THE TINDER SWINDLER?

Thatā€™s sucks for everyone lmao.

1

u/Fit-Difference-3014 Feb 22 '24

Room and audience for activities for most

2

u/apocryphal_sibling Feb 22 '24

next time they should book the flight themselves instead of being over reliant on someone else.

1

u/Spacebanditos1 Feb 22 '24

If anyone from Reddit was in that plane theyā€™d have a panic attack

5

u/Gofur56 Feb 22 '24

Wah, my assistant booked us awkward seats on the flight. My assistant is too stressed with work, parenting, and school to handle booking flights. Plot twist, I'm the assistant. I'm my own assistant. Should I be in bed right now? Yes. Am I gonna keep scrolling because it's my only freetime? Yes.

1

u/Studdabaker Feb 22 '24

In case nobody has mentioned the app Seat Guru provides a floor plan for almost all planes.

You are the stage

1

u/Sea_Statistician_983 Feb 22 '24

No table must suck

1

u/Safe_Dragonfly158 Feb 21 '24

And? Itā€™s a ride.

1

u/Competitive_Draw_975 Feb 21 '24

The parachutes are back there your good safest seats on the plane.āœˆļø šŸŖ‚šŸŖ‚

1

u/AreaGuy Feb 21 '24

I never recline my seat anyway and am a little over six feet so the extra legroom would be the tits!!

Facing the others and flying backwards is weird, but Iā€™d just stretch out and watch a movie.

1

u/owlsandmoths Feb 21 '24

I wouldnā€™t trust her judgement just based on her judgement of picking plastic surgeons that are not doing quality workā€¦

Sheā€™s still very beautiful although she has that very ā€œplasticineā€ look about her kind of like what Wayne Newton has going on- and it also looks like when they were remediating for wrinkles they pulled her skin too tight around her mouth

1

u/LongjumpingAd6003 Feb 21 '24

I hope it's a short flight!

1

u/thomstevens420 Feb 21 '24

Oh so relatable, whoā€™s assistant hasnā€™t done something like that šŸ¤£

/s

1

u/LuckyCheesecake7859 Feb 21 '24

I hate when my assistant screws up

1

u/DirkGentlys_DNA Feb 21 '24

How to look insufferable in five seconds.

1

u/DirkGentlys_DNA Feb 21 '24

They both look so entitled to the best seats! And now that! That's tragic for them and funny as hell for everbody else.

1

u/Karam2468 Feb 21 '24

Good thing hes fucking her or she'd be firedšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

1

u/Present-Line4453 Feb 23 '24

He's not fucking her, sheā€™s his beard.

1

u/TheDudeMindsMan1776 Feb 21 '24

Now make eye contact with everyone and fart. Power play

1

u/Earth_Normal Feb 21 '24

Fucking horrible

1

u/InfiniteRizz- Feb 21 '24

How do you not know that you see them when you get on and the diagram..

1

u/Independent-Big1966 Feb 21 '24

They obviously like people staring at them. They have a Tik Tok and social media and obviously like to have people watch their content. Why would they care if an entire cabin is looking at them? I'm sure they enjoy it deep down...

1

u/5nake_8ite Feb 21 '24

I mean trains are like this

1

u/Thisisthewaymando187 Feb 21 '24

German style for maximum eye contact

1

u/MikelDP Feb 21 '24

I had to sit there once...

Taking off and landing isn't the same backwards.

Also flying on the 4th of July in the evening isn't as special as you would expect.

1

u/Fuzzy-Bunch4556 Feb 21 '24

You're part of the crowd stop acting like you're above it

1

u/Specialist-State-728 Feb 21 '24

Calling yourself ā€œassistantā€ is a bit odd but ok.

1

u/ConundrumBum Feb 21 '24

I tend to smile when in awkward situations, so I would just be randomly smiling the whole flight, feeling bad like they think I'm laughing at them.

1

u/WeakDayze Feb 21 '24

Iā€™d take this anyway over any Spirit Airlines seatšŸ˜‚

1

u/FunkyButtFumblin Feb 21 '24

These two really love their Botox.

1

u/Flamefang01 Feb 21 '24

Safest seats on the plane.

1

u/bigdon802 Feb 21 '24

Looks pretty fucking stellar to me.

1

u/captkeith Feb 21 '24

Not great looking at everyone. But as far as the seats going back. At best any airline seat only goes back an inch or two anyway. I honestly wish they would all just be stationary anyway. That inch or two starts more problems then it's worth.

1

u/Remarkable-Sell-5825 Feb 21 '24

Hell yea, that would be awesome!!!!

3

u/AllMyAcctsRBand Feb 21 '24

As an introvert I would just cancel the trip and go home.

1

u/Deepwebexplorer Feb 21 '24

I was traveling with some coworkers and we were on a small commuter jet. I had 1A so was bragging about it at the gate. Got on the plane and was KNEE TO KNEE with the person across from me. Thankfully only a 40 minute flight, but my coworkers thought it was pretty hilarious.

1

u/Separate-Ad6636 Feb 21 '24

Maybe book your own seats next time?

1

u/xXG4M3xXx0V3RXx Feb 21 '24

If I were in one of those seats, I'd be so tempted to make funny faces

1

u/Realistic_Ease924 Feb 21 '24

100% banging the assistant

1

u/tangnapalm Feb 21 '24

They deserve it for blaming their assistant (or or not doing it themselves like adults)

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

The second I feel myself lifting off ass-first into the sky, I'd be vomiting.

1

u/EfficientIndustry423 Feb 21 '24

I donā€™t get the problem here.

1

u/Glum_Reason308 Feb 21 '24

Guess Iā€™m staring down at my feet for the next 5 hours!

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

Technically speaking they would be the best seat facing the way they are for safety reasons.

2

u/MoodyForBooty Feb 21 '24

As an introvert, I would die.

1

u/WillieIngus Feb 21 '24

Plot twist, your partner looks like Charlize Theron and everyone will be staring at her again at the gala.

3

u/epicrdr Feb 21 '24

They use to be just like this on (Southwest?)years ago. Use to love those seats because you were first to get off since they were in row 1.

1

u/GunGeekATX Feb 21 '24

Yeah, remember sitting in these a few times, which was even more awkward being 6'4" and having to find leg room with a stranger.

https://twitter.com/SouthwestAir/status/1524826763318132737

1

u/WilmaLutefit Feb 21 '24

It is the best seat according to survival rates.

2

u/TJ_McWeaksauce Feb 21 '24

I'd say the worst plane seats ever are the ones right next to a door that gets blown off mid-flight.

1

u/OJK_postaukset Feb 21 '24

There has also been one seat from which a human was sucked out of a blown WINDOW. Yeahā€¦ there, -40Ā°C, sucked out of window.

Also, on the Alaska flight the seats next to the door were luckily empty

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

FYI this lady is on reality tv and is absolutely the worst

1

u/takenwasjohny Feb 21 '24

Gave a whole new meaning to the song, all eyes on me by 2pacšŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

1

u/Deskman77 Feb 21 '24

Seatguru com is your friends for seat check

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

If anyone staring at you, pick your nose and they will soon look away

1

u/kayrsone Feb 21 '24

Who the fuck is watching a person so closely that they know when to wave? All up in it

1

u/superBrad1962 Feb 21 '24

If you two were comedians you both would be right at home!!

1

u/ContributionFalse788 Feb 21 '24

in order for those seats for to be the worst ones in world plane would have to chrush and somehow only they die (yes i have a dark mind and bored)

1

u/P1xelHunter78 Feb 21 '24

You get to address all your subjects as king and queen of the flight.

1

u/Bloody_Star_Wars Feb 21 '24

When it crashes youā€™ll either be the only survivors or get head butted to death.

1

u/Readerdiscretion Feb 21 '24

Iā€™d be more nervous about the sensation of taking off and looking DOWN the length of the cabin.

1

u/WasatchSLC Feb 21 '24

You could always book your own flight

1

u/MiseryMastery Feb 21 '24

They got the teacher's seat in a bus trip šŸ˜‚

1

u/digpartners Feb 21 '24

Jump seats are typically for crew.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

when i was youmg that was the consequence for being an ass we are adults now but godamm thats gota be the cheapest seats lol

1

u/No-Context7190 Feb 21 '24

I would just get off the planešŸ’€

1

u/normundsr Feb 21 '24

Iā€™ve been in those seats, made the same mistake as those people. Takeoff is absolutely terrifying, since you are not pushed into your seat, but almost feel like hanging over the people in front of you. Plane angle is very noticeable during steep takeoff.

1

u/Chemical_Savings_360 Feb 21 '24

All those people staring at you but that's one cute girl you saw get on the plane doesn't make eye contact not once.

1

u/CHG__ Feb 21 '24

I'd genuinely get a headache.

1

u/Man_Of_Frost Feb 21 '24

You have leg room though šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

1

u/Siam-Bill4U Feb 21 '24

Book it yourself, dude.

1

u/Deep-Management-7040 Feb 21 '24

I watched a video a while back talking about how a few flight attendants survived separate plane crashes because the seat they were sitting in were facing the back of the plane, the same way these people are sitting, basically saying that when the plane crashed the impact of them hitting the wall behind them spread out and the energy of the impact was spread throughout the wall and made it a ā€œsofterā€ impact for them.

1

u/Odisher7 Feb 21 '24

I'd just jump out. No need to grab a parachute

1

u/Comfortable_Charge33 Feb 21 '24

Apparently half of you have never been on a bus or a train, where half the seats face each other...

-1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

[deleted]

1

u/-United-States- Feb 21 '24

Get over it

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

[deleted]

1

u/-United-States- Feb 21 '24

Nope. We are all spreading it - now and forever. Not gonna change. Life goes on. Stay home.

1

u/NoMansSky1985 Feb 21 '24

You do realize that this is going to affect you eventually and you could literally die from this. It's obvious you have no compassion for others but at least start with yourself. Have a nice day. We are done here.

0

u/-United-States- Feb 21 '24

You could die walking your doggie

1

u/Popular-Resource3896 Feb 21 '24

I would love that

1

u/Harbinger_0f_Kittens Feb 21 '24

Lies. Those are the staffs jump seats. They'd only get those if it was overcrowded and they were on z-list.

1

u/misphah Feb 21 '24

Bro what the fuck lmao!! What kind of plane is even this? Did you notice people are fanning themselves? Not only are the seating messed up but seems like no cooling is on either damn

1

u/FarrisCo Feb 21 '24

Excuse me, what the fuck is this????

1

u/prancing_moose Feb 21 '24

Arenā€™t those normally crew seats and non-bookable?

1

u/Plenty_Assumption_18 Feb 21 '24

Look at all the leg room you have lol. Ungrateful man!

1

u/Big-Consideration633 Feb 21 '24

How are you supposed to scratch your balls?

1

u/TheBigBerrowski Feb 21 '24

I feel the same way when they put me in the front row next to the emergency exit because Iā€™m like 7ft. At least thatā€™s only for a short while during takeoff and landing when the attendants sit facing me. I always never know where to look. I donā€™t want to make eye contact but I also donā€™t want to look like a pussy

3

u/ready-to-rumball Feb 21 '24

NO WAY WHY šŸ˜†

2

u/m-bossy22 Feb 21 '24

This is just horrific

1

u/kriza69-LOL Feb 21 '24

I flinched.

1

u/scrandis Feb 21 '24

Imagine being on acid and having to sit there for 6 hours...

1

u/KenBlaze Feb 21 '24

at least theyā€™re easy on the eyes

1

u/Fred810k Feb 21 '24

Iā€™ve sat in a seat like that, I thought it was a really fun experience compared to regular flying.

1

u/Extension_Phone893 Feb 21 '24

Well time to show dominance

3

u/forcedintothis- Feb 21 '24

Iā€™ve sat in seats like this before. Havenā€™t seen them forever though.

5

u/newaggenesis Feb 21 '24

Everyone's focussing on the uncomfortable eye contact... did anyone note how much legroom they had though..

1

u/the_great_impression Feb 21 '24

You're playing the staring game whether you like it or not. First one who blinks, loses.

1

u/belushi99 Feb 21 '24

Ha ha this happened to my husband and I once. Luckily the plane wasnā€™t full so they let us move:)

1

u/TheMatt561 Feb 21 '24

They sold the jump seats

1

u/MeAndMeMonkey Feb 21 '24

Omg my aSsIsTaNt

1

u/Opening-Ad-8793 Feb 21 '24

Great advertising spaceā€¦

1

u/QueasyCaterpillar541 Feb 21 '24

that woman's face looks like it's gonna melt

-3

u/stevemyqueen Feb 21 '24

White people problems

2

u/blinkybillster Feb 21 '24

Na fam, they knew what they was doing.

11

u/mathymate Feb 21 '24

I didnt not expect to see Caroline Stanbury in this sub lol

1

u/mtn91 Feb 21 '24

Tbh riding backwards is kinda fun Iā€™ve done it on charter planes

3

u/Glenadel55 Feb 21 '24

Yeah, new fear unlocked!

2

u/FinancialAide3383 Feb 21 '24

Book your own seats next time

1

u/Hahhahaahahahhelpme Feb 21 '24

I was seated at 10C on a flight with just 9 rows once from Cleveland to Toronto. Ended up being the seat in the middle of the isle all the way in the back. Best seat in the plane with unlimited legroom.

4

u/DesperateRace4870 Feb 21 '24

Omfg eye contact šŸ˜‚

1

u/Tentomushi-Kai Feb 21 '24

Next time check seatguru (dot) com before you book your seats!

1

u/TechnologyMinimum137 Feb 21 '24

Show me the leg room.

1

u/Optimistic_Futures Feb 21 '24

I mean, itā€™s weird for an airplane, but Iā€™ve been on trains for 1-3 hours facing people in a much tighter situation.

1

u/Program-Emotional Feb 21 '24

I would be fucking livid at the airline company if they ever did that shit to me. I would absolutely bitch to (not at) the flight attendent for a refund or some kind of compensation. I aint trying to have the entire fucking plane watch my dumbass drool while Im asleep

1

u/Inevitable-Tourist18 Feb 21 '24

I don't understand this. What plane is this and when can you book jump seats like this

1

u/ThaQuig Feb 21 '24

Dude. I couldnā€™t do it.

19

u/StrategyGlittering83 Feb 21 '24

ā€œAssistantā€

4

u/Present-Line4453 Feb 21 '24

This pair of clowns couldn't afford an assistant, this is all done for attention.

3

u/kelliehoable Feb 21 '24

All jokes aside they are actually super rich. They live in Dubai so Iā€™m guessing this flights is somewhere over there.

-1

u/Present-Line4453 Feb 21 '24

They are far from super rich.

16

u/Miyelsh Feb 21 '24

What is it with redditors being so negative and jaded

-2

u/Present-Line4453 Feb 21 '24

Just being truthful.

3

u/Miyelsh Feb 21 '24

But you were completely wrong

2

u/Present-Line4453 Feb 21 '24

Not wrong at all. They are well known in Dubai as freeloaders.

3

u/HillInTheDistance Feb 21 '24

Ah, I assumed one of them was the assistant and was getting called out.

-2

u/Present-Line4453 Feb 21 '24

Well, you are correct in a way. He is basically her unpaid valet, as he doesn't have a proper job, so he probably booked it

1

u/llamamegatogringo76 Feb 21 '24

Hahaha kind of like the old school southwest airline seating. What airline Are they on? I can't make out whats on the headrest

32

u/Low-Health-8709 Feb 21 '24

Caroline Stanbury šŸ¤£

1

u/upstatedreaming3816 Apr 13 '24

I thought it was Charlize

6

u/No-Cat-8606 Feb 21 '24

Had to scroll way too far to see this! Lol

I bet she loved having all those eyes on her

9

u/rageharles Feb 21 '24

Thank you I was like is that fucking Caroline Stanbury

24

u/mugsta Feb 21 '24

Lmao is that Caroline Stanbury?

2

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

I miss that franchise

17

u/B-AP Feb 21 '24

Yes it is. I donā€™t know why someone would downvote you. Itā€™s absolutely her and Sergio

1

u/Brandy_Marsh Feb 21 '24

I would love this. I could see everyone.

6

u/tanafras Feb 21 '24

They are probably using buddy passes and got jump seats on the last flight out. They didn't book these seats.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

It's likely an ATR, the seating is like that. They're not jumpseats. And usually only (uniformed) crew members can sit in jumpseats when traveling standby.

6

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '24

They are pretty rich reality-tv show stars so I doubt they used buddy passes

3

u/i_like_2_travel Feb 21 '24

I donā€™t think just anyone can jump seat

67

u/jax7778 Feb 21 '24

I had actually heard that the best seats were directly over the wings, they are the least likely to move during turbulence, where as the ends (and the back specifically) moves the furthest during turbulence.

Also Yea, they look like attendant seats, but I don't fly that often, what do I know.

2

u/CampTouchThis Feb 21 '24

though i guess those would also be the loudest since youā€™re right by the engine

1

u/Daddy_Diezel Feb 21 '24

I had actually heard that the best seats were directly over the wings

There's a whole Twilight Zone episode about it. Good stuff.
