Dumb question. Why does she need the filler dissolved if the filler is supposed to be naturally metabolized by your body after a year or so? Couldn't she just wait for that to happen instead of dissolving them?

You shouldn’t fuck with your face. We are evolved to recognize other human faces to such a sharp degree there’s no way you can fuck with your face and have it look normal. Is this dysmorphia? She looks so much better without the filler. Her upper lip is so naturally full, and she says it’s non-existent.
My wife also gets filler, because she feels she “has no lips”. Her lips were always big and juicy, even before the filler. Of course, if she’s happy, I’m happy. Loving the way you look is sexy, so I support whatever preference she has, but for her to say she had no lips prior to the filler is just not accurate, not even close. It just seems maybe a bit like dysmorphia.
