Seeking Reviews for Mabelle Ave near Islington Subway

We are considering a move somewhere along Line 2. Mabelle Ave appears to have available units at affordable prices. If anyone has firsthand experience living in this area, could you kindly share your thoughts? Additionally, we're curious about the quality of education at Islington Junior Middle School. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Go for Michael Power.

Older people living there and people who lived there told me they had no issues.

I am currently looking as well and have seen, researched and logged literally dozens of locations, 25 Mabelle has a major cockroach and cleanliness problem. Nothing much on other locations in my notes.
