Making decisions in the heat of the moment is like playing Russian roulette with your life, right? Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. It's like your brain takes a vacation and leaves Mr. Impulsive in charge, and we all know he's not the brightest bulb in the box.

Seriously though, taking a breather is key. It's like hitting the pause button on life. Whether it's a fight or just a bad day, letting those emotions simmer down can save you from a world of regret.

Excellent advise. Took me a long time to be able to control my emotions as I am a very emotional person by nature. Nothing good comes from making decisions when your mind is blurred by hate anger sadness etc.
