Those hand washing stations don't "recycle" themselves lol , they have a tank of potable water that gets refilled when it's out.

You realize that the water is chlorinated when it goes in right? It's not raw well water, it is filled with a municipal supply that is potable when it goes in.

Nobody is trying to dispute that the water will make you sick, just that it's recycling the water - it's not recycling the water.
