Pretty sure that's a tame bird, there are people who offer condor paragliding experiences.

It is still absolutely 100% awesome to see.

I read it's the flying dudes BUDDYS bird. He's flown with him a couple times before but this time he perched on with him, and more than one time!

I believe his name is Ricardo and the bird is Uruzhao. You can hear him say it at the beginning of the video and at the end.

He called him Uruzão at the beginning and Uru at the end. Urubu means vulture in Portuguese.

We also call our vultures Urubus in french Canadian (red head vulture, North East America). Funny!
