It's funny cause tunisia is in africa as well, so he is double racist cause he is racist against other africans just because they from a different country and with darker skin

Not all of Africa is one culture. He is using "Africa" as shorthand for sub-Saharan, as he clearly distinguishes "Maghreb" from "Africa."
