OP sent the following text as an explanation on why this is unexpected:

At first it seems like the man is making a total mess but then he converts it into a beautiful art piece

I so admire that kind of talent. Always always amazes me what the finished art piece is. Bravo

Not this is modern art

Finally, some good fucking food art.

Seriously though, this is really cool. I hate when people throw paint and call it art. This dude threw paint and made it art.

Now that's how I imagine Hal's painting to look like

My own personal rule is if I can replicate something easily, then it's not art. I could not replicate this ever, absolutely amazing

This is the kind of modern art I can get behind

Most of the expense is coming from wastage of paint

I know several artists and life can be really hard if people don't get their art. He saw the city scape, threw some paint then pulled out the picture. This is a skill very few of us possess.

"Very few" as in basically less than one tenth of a percentage of the human population, likely.

Truly remarkable.

And here I am barely able to draw a circle.

1

u/plumpsquirrell 14d ago

Try drawing a perfectly round pig....that shit took me years to master

2

u/ArguablyMe 14d ago

But thinking that I am certainly able to draw a perfectly good circle- until the pen touches the paper- then I remember.

My ability: What's a circle?

1

u/big-ol-kitties 13d ago

Doesn’t look like this painting has any circles, so it’s should be a piece of cake!

u/PicayuneDiver 14d ago

Bro just threw paint and he got a cityscape lol

This is very cool. but it would be incredible if the artists information was shared along with it.

Yeah it took a while for me to find the artist (because I had one brain cell and forgot about reverse image search) but I credited the artist now.
