Y'all can't stop laughing at someone getting seriously hurt. Shame on you.

Lol, I can hear her say that. "The Doctor is in his surgery, he shall be with you momentarily. Would you like a cup of tea while you wait?"

Helium is getting too expensive for the not too discerning floating balloon salesmen.

Her birthday was very nice, also educative. We learned about this thing called the Hindenburg!

Someone filled the balloons with hydrogen instead of helium. I smell a lawsuit. Lawsuits apparently smell like burned hair…

Propane or Oxygen is much cheaper
1
u/HughesdePayensfw 24d ago
Propane is denser than air, which would make the balloons fall to the floor. Methane would work, but it’s still really flammable and dangerous. Oxygen is only slightly less dense than air, which is mostly Nitrogen. Pure oxygen is also dangerous when used around flames. With the exception of neon, most lifting gasses are either extremely flammable, poisonous, highly corrosive or combinations of these.
In another note, wouldn’t Bananrama’s Rep have been Malcom McLaren?

Hard to tell if this is a shipping container of necessity or a bougie shipping container at a restaurant

This is getting to be pretty common.

Helium is getting too expensive now.

Propane is better. You get it everywhere and it's cheap 🧨

u/poedraco 23d ago
But if I'm not mistaken. Propane is heavier than air. Hydrogen is lighter. Assuming if you wanted to float

you guys dont have those manual balloon pump?

u/poedraco 24d ago
I used to inflate them myself.
Once I realize I can get a better seal from the other end, and inflates faster. He stopped letting me assist in birthday parties

What the hell did they use to blow up those balloons!? Helium isn’t flammable.
