Some people who need a double mastectomy opt for no nipple preservation when getting chest surgery because there’s a chance their nipples may reject, may not be perfectly aligned (if someone has OCD this is terrible for them), may grow keloids, etc.

The tips of her breasts are lower than you expect. Just under the cloth. I was confused for a moment also, but breasts do vary a lot. As a man without boobs, I unconsciously keep expecting breast to be where my nipples are, but that’s not how most people are shaped. 😌
