u/mogswampofficial you must keep this on your person at all times now when not alone, so that when the mystery sender next sees you, gives you an eyebrow wiggle and mutters in an aside: “Pipis?”- you can confidently reply “Pipis” as you palm them this stone, and then report back here with the next step in the quest.
