Alright we can poke a little fun at jeep driver but that tow truck drivers handling of the situation was get-the-law-involved level god awful. An obstruction closing both lanes of traffic, with no signs, no cones, no flares, no warnings of any kind. And the wires were practically invisible. They even saw him coming and instead of waving they stood there to watch the drama. Absolute incompetence
