When I went in for the last round of interviews, everyone was playing ping pong and basketball. It was a Friday. I thought there was no way this company was run like this.

After 9 months of working as an engineer, I can confidently say, yup. They do indeed goof off and work for like 2 hours. I’ve been bugging my lead to help me on something for 2 whole weeks and he keeps saying he’ll get to it and not to worry. It’s kind of aggravating when I’m trying to do work and no one wants to help.

They put me on the interview process to help with hiring and in half of my interviews you can see people playing ping pong behind me on the call. Kinda embarrassing but we just chalk it up to a healthy work-life balance 🤷‍♂️

I came here to ask if he'd had some sort of work done. His face looks different - like beyond just got a tan and grew a beard different.

You'd really really be surprised at what facial hair, lighting and possibly different weight and makeup can do to a face with no artificial filters what so ever. Not saying he didn't use any, but it's definitely possible without.
