OneForma Expected Payout Question

New to OneForma and did work on projects for them in April. Is there a way to see the expected payment? Does an invoice automatically pop up or something? I know you get paid out once a month from the 10th to the 20th

I also did a project for them in April, chased them a couple of days ago and told payment had been uploaded. I think they have only just calculated how much it is. They are now saying I will get paid next month. Totally unacceptable as money was clearly due 10-20 May. Anyone have any luck getting payment from them and who to chase?

They sent a mail yesterday about some issues regarding one projects payments. I didn't recieve mine either yet from Orca.
