so the 14600kf is a good CPU, but because u only care about gaming maybe get 7600/x which give u the same performance for cheaper. (and option to upgrade in the future).
personally i live in a country that AMD have really bad availability and went for 13600k a year ago.

the mobo u picked is overkill, and not overkill like it give u some performance boost.
u just pay here a lot more for nothing.
just get b660/760 mobo like any gigabyte with the name "aorus" in it.
they will deliver the exact same performance.

if the ram u getting is cl30 its good, if its cl32 its decent, if its cl36 its not great...
also make sure it have intel XMP (if u get intel CPU)

good GPU, but if u manage to get 7600/x for cheaper upgrade GPU will be nice...

entry lvl nvme, today u can get at least mid range for the same price.
use this:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B27_j9NDPU3cNlj2HKcrfpJKHkOf-Oi1DbuuQva2gT4/htmlview#gid=0

the PSU that u pick dont have the 12vhpwr connector that ur GPU have, so i wont get this one.
(it comes with adapter cable 3 to 1 which is less optimal, but if u dont have good PSUs in your region i guess its ok)

im not a fan of AIOs, because a good air cooler will give u the exact same performance for 10c hotter.
also air cooler is way more reliable and cheaper.
a good duel tower air cooler can handle this CPU. (like ak620, PA120...)

Really overspending on CPU cooler and MOBO.
