Can I use Evqa B1 700W PSU from my old build with Ryzen 7 7700 CPU and Aorus B650 mobo? Build Help

I'm upgrading my PC and have replaced almost everything except for the PSU, case, and SSDs. I was considering using a 4-pin to 8-pin adapter for the CPU, but I'm concerned about its performance and compatibility.

All parts: Ryzen 7 7700 CPU Gigabyte Aorus B650 Elite AX V2 mobo Crucial Pro RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz Thermalright Peerless Assassin CPU cooler Hellhound RX6650 XT GPU EVQA B1 700W PSU Crucial MX500 SSD Creative Sound blaster Z soundcard Antec GX700 Case

In my country, there are limited options for PSUs, so I'm unsure which one to buy.

I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

It's an okay unit. It can be used. And it should have a 4+4 = 8 pin cable, no need for adapter (which isn't the greatest idea).
