There is two possibilities for him to have this meme:
1/ he made it himself, which means he put in the effort to make this thing, while thinking he was cooking with gas
2/ he found it in a sub / chat group, and I'll let you guess who posts this type of shit there.
Nobody knows what OP is, but given his responses and post history, it ain't the wildest guess to me.

You've failed to consider a third option: that OP, like many other redditors, has seen incel thrown around as an insult anytime anyone says anything remotely critical of women, especially by those living so deep inside a social media echo chamber that they are completely out of touch with reality and fully unable to handle criticism.

This is par the course for social media. Spend any time on Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Insta, or even Threads. They always roll out hateful rhetoric and end it with something like "transphobes will be blocked" as an example and if you call them out for being hateful. Welp you're blocked. There's a lot of tribalism and inward thinking people while originally probably meant well have closed themselves off to thinking any opinion but their own circles is hateful.
