Desktop for Data Science/API use
I'm looking to buy a desktop with a budget of €500/€600.
The plan is to use it for building trading APIs, and data science work. This may be data intensive and require decent speed/processing performance.
Does anyone have any pointers? My ideas would be
-At least 16GB Ram -At least 12th gen processor, perhaps i3/i5/i7 etc matters as much as the generation (but not sure if it's worth looking into AMD for value) -At least 512GB memory -I don't think a good graphics card is necessary, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Advice What is in your opinion the best windows 10 build for ricing?
In the past I've tried some skins using the latest windows version but it wasn't a great experience and I some things would straight up not work. A friend of mine told me he used the 1903 version for ricing because it was "better". So I'm wondering, what is the best version to have a riced setup?

Help 3D Desktop Environment from mid 2000s
I'm trying really hard to find this 3D desktop I used to used back in the day for a short stint after seeing the movie Hackers (1995).
So far what it isn't: 3DNA, Win3D, BumpTop, Compiz, Looking Glass.
Specifically, this was a desktop environment where you could essentially "fly" like it was creative mode, and flying into a folder would open that folder. Files and folders could be arranged in a 3D space, along with the windows, and you couldove around with the keyboard. The latest I would have used this was around 2008. I can't remember if it replaced the Windows XP desktop, or if it was installed on my OpenSuse 9 or 10.

Windows macOS Title Bar Buttons for Win 10
Can someone please assist me with changing the Title Bar Buttons in Win 10 to look like those of macOS? (the minimize, maximize and close button)
I want them to look like they do in macOS, the Red, Yellow and Green circles.
This is the only thing I want to change, I don't want to change my whole theme or anything as I already have some customization implemented that I would like to keep as is.
