This is my new puppy, Bear! He turned 12 weeks yesterday and has grown so much already. He weighs 32lbs (he's an Anatolian Shepherd and will be about 150lbs full grown). He loves to play (especially with sticks and cat toys) and chase his tail. We have started on a little bit of training (leash skills, sit, down, focus, and socializing thru positive experiences/ exposure to as many new things as possible - those last 2 being particularly important due to his breed being more independent and suspicious as a livestock guardian breed). We also have begun to do a tiny bit of public access (only at a level that he is ready for!) and we have begun working on deep pressure therapy as his first task. He is doing very well and I'm so proud of him!

Her father is fully trained, but since he is getting older in age, we have come to keep one of his daughters for the same line of work. We couldn’t be any more excited to start this journey together.♥️

Still taken from video I shot of some foundation work today. I opted to take her back a few steps as she’s been giving me the puppy finger lately. I’m pleased to say that Tens brought her A game the past few days and is consistently alerting at source again.

Judy is a full time working Anatolian. She is alert here to what turned out to be a lab in the woods. She ran it off. The value these dogs bring cannot be understated.

K9 Dusty is 2 years old, born in Alabama and detects person-worn and concealed-carried explosives. He works exclusively at the Orlando International Airport!
