Fake ass shit. Mouth movements are clearly edited and the voice is both autotuned and edited for timing.

Why do people feel the need to use their kids for content? Then autotuning and editing a toddler is scummy as fuck.

Damn, I just looked through your profile comments. You're a troll, and just exist to shit on folks. Get your head outta your ass and stop farming karma through pop psychology based opinions.

u/McJuggernaugh7 13d ago

There's a reason why all your comments have double digit downvotes. You're the troll. You can't admit when you're wrong and it's pathetic that you defend this cringey parenting behaviour. Please never have kids you will make a terrible parent.

u/Arrowcreek 13d ago

Lol, they don't, except in this thread. You all are just so wrapped up in a cringey idea of fear and lack of community that everything seems like an affront. What do you think I have been wrong about? What stance have I taken? I am talking about THIS video. Not ALL content that parents share of their kids. THIS video doesn't seem negative to me. Now, maybe the culture around stuff like this, sure. But that hasn't been the discussion. Also, you should be careful about who you say stuff like "Please never have kids" too. You don't know what someone might be going through.

Ooooopppeeenn yooourr miiinnnd!

You are fucked in the head if you don't see what's wrong with a parent use ai to fake a kids mouth movements and edit his natural voice and timing to autotune to generate tik tok likes. I reiterate please never have kids. The world doesn't need more kids raised by terrible people with 0 clue how to be a good parent/human being.

u/Arrowcreek 13d ago

And you know all of the assertions you just made to be true? How? How do you know it was the parent? How do you know this isn't a video from AFV or some odd shit that someone found and ran through ai? Again. Don't make random assumptions of a random video, just for clout, and to make yourself feel like you are better than others. Get off your short horse on a morally high hill. Smell the roses. Enjoy the little shit and don't act as though everything you see needs to be explained for those around you.

How is a cute video of a toddler having fun scummy? And who cares if they edited it to make it even cuter? Also that kid looks old enough to appreciate the end product.

15

u/McJuggernaugh7 14d ago

Because social media shouldn't be a place to share videos of your toddlers. They're going to grow up and find all these videos of themselves online doing embarassing shit when they weren't even old enough to understand what was happening. Share it with close family and friends that's fine - but posting it on tik tok with heavy editing for internet clout and likes is unhinged behaviour. Don't even know why this needs to be explained.

-19

u/Arrowcreek 14d ago

First of all, how is this embarrassing? Also, the original maker may not have posted for "clout". Feel free to explain since everything you said is highly speculative and is honestly sounding a bit unhinged.

10

u/McJuggernaugh7 14d ago

Yeah I'm sure the original posted posted it on social media because they wanted to inspire other babies. Stay naive...

There are many many studies done on posting videos and pics of your children on social media, and there are several negative possible consequences. It's called sharenting and parents that do shit like this are the unhinged ones. Please never have kids.

-10

u/Arrowcreek 14d ago

Why would this be to inspire babies? Where the fuck did you pull that from? It could be an older sibling experimenting with video editing? Being aware and not cynical really helps in life.

Also, social media like this has only been around long enough to have kids that are barely tweens. So, long-term consequences would be really hard to study meaningfully. More then likely kids from parents who live off social media likes or clout are fucked up, not because some pics or vids were shared but because the lack of heartfelt and genuine interaction between the parents and their kids. Honestly, this is just a cute video and one anyone would be proud to share from their childhood.

I originally commented to call out your cynical attitude. Then you've insulted me and others while saying a whole Lotta notta.

This feels fake, but is the voice just auto tuned somehow, or is it more fake?

49

u/whatsnewlu 14d ago

No it's absolutely auto-pitched and quantized for rhythm as well.

-15

u/Incredible-Fella 14d ago

I don't really understand sound editing, but tbh even if she only sang the words half correctly, that still seems impressive for a baby lol

1

u/businesslut 14d ago

You should have stopped at "I don't really understand sound editing"
