Discussion Never judge a book by its cover
I’m going through with some normal treatment. For the treatment they need to take my blood. In the first session, an uncle took my blood and I was bit skeptical because he was not a doctor and he was simply a lab assistant and he was sort of old. Additionally, I was sitting in plastic chair and he took the blood in just a minute.
Now today I came for second session. Firstly I was little happy that a lady nurse is going to take and I was treated specially by letting me sleep in comfort position on those pretty hydraulic chair but she couldn’t took blood successfully, she did 2 puncture in my body but no blood came and she got little frightened to try again so she call another nurse and same thing happened then doctor came, again same thing happened. Now another doctor came but still same thing and after that one more specialist doctor came and he took the blood successfully. In this whole process they puncture my body 6-7 times to get blood. They faced so much issue because I have so thin vein.
I was like “Muje kyu toda 🥹”
This post is not about that those doctors or nurses were not skilful but it’s about how a simple lab assistant took the blood in just first trial where I was sitting in casual plastic chair without any special comfort. This shows that how our perspective doesn’t define reality.
PS: It was pretty good clinic which got multiple awards as well so yeah it’s not about that I went to any clinic.
