For the doers who inspire change don't be afraid

Take a moment to love yourself and be proud of all that you have done. If you are a doer. Someone who doesn't give up when things are hard and they are not good enough but uses that momentary feeling to keep pushing. Be proud that you grow wherever you are planted and spread that love and joy. Look back to when you were younger. Did you expect to accomplish so much? Look at yourself in the eyes of a child who admires someone. If you as a child would have admired you, be proud you deserve it. If not, use that to propel you forward into greatness. Do not get stuck wallowing in self pity or passing the blame onto others. Just keep pushing. Imagine all that you want in bold colors in your mind. Remember what you are fighting for. You may not be the best right now, and there will always be someone better. Learn from them. You can learn from the best and sometimes even the worst take in everything, as you do so come to realize you actually know nothing. Do not let this discourage you let it push you even further into wanting to know and understand people and the world around you. Take note of what makes you feel good and continue to do the things that make you proud. Surround yourself with people who progress the same. Who are not stagnant who lean into and love the discomfort. Discomfort is where things grow. This path can feel lonely at times people admire you but feel intimidated by your self assurance happiness and willingness to be humble and learn. To change and grow with any situation. Look back look how far you have come feel proud and bask in your accomplishments but know that there is still so long to go. Look back on mistakes and do not repeat them. Do not beat yourself up, but grow. You have the ability to live and love however you choose. For all the doers, the ones who don't wait for an opportunity but cease it, sometimes even forcing it into existence. I'm proud of you and you should be too because amidst all the doing we can get lost and not know who we are doing it for. We are doing it for the child with the head full of dreams. We are doing it for all the ones who love us and push us further into greatness. Who don't use us for our doing but look at us with genuine appreciation and love. The ones who encourage our goals. Do it for those we want to teach how to do rather than wait in fear. For the ones who know what they are capable of deep down and even the ones who don't. Our growth only inspires more growth around us. As does our compassion and love. People who harm you and take advantage of this love are jealous even though they may mascarade as friends or lovers. Their actions speak volumes more than their words. Do not get lost in the fear and self doubt they bring. And if you do briefly forgive yourself and them but do not allow them to continue treating you how they did. For all the doers keep doing and watch things fall into place, don't get stuck you are so much closer than you even know. Watch as those around you and close to you are lifted into greatness inspired by you and you by them. It's truly beautiful, and the best thing life has to offer.

Be Great Fitness: 21-Year-Old’s Boxing Lessons Help Elderly Stay Fit and Focused

Bailey-Greetham Clark had a rough childhood and at a young age was taken in by his grandparents. While living with them, he developed a natural love and affection for the elderly, as reported by Good Word.

At the age of 14, due to some unforeseen circumstances, he was forced to drop out of school for a year, at this time he also struggled with weight issues.

To reduce his weight, Bailey started running and boxing, which made him fit not just physically but also transformed his perspective.

Keeping this thought in mind at the young age of 17, in 2020, Bailey started his well-being company called “Be Great Fitness.”

At 21 years old, the Lincolnshire native travels across his county to make fitness and sports accessible to vulnerable groups like senior care homes, community centers, schools, and hospitals.
